Only 8% of the Student Population are Awarded the “G” Award; One of the Most Treasured Awards at GSISD

GRAND SALINE--The “G” Award is one of the most treasured awards at Grand Saline High School. Recipients are considered based on citizenship, attendance, academics, and leadership qualities. Students are selected by the faculty and staff of GSHS. Only 8% of the student population are awarded this honor. The freshman, sophomore, and junior G award recipients for 2019-2020 are pictured below.
Also, the following Seniors from the class of 2020 were awarded their G Awards on graduation night: Lauren Chandler, Sarah Elliott, Gavin Foster
