1 pound of Methamphetamines Found on an Interdiction Stop

On April 18th, 2019 Deputy Bridger and K-9 Rico with the Van Zandt County Sheriff’s Office discovered 1 pound of Methamphetamines on an Interdiction Stop on Interstate 20, Eastbound, east of State Hwy. 19. The driver of the vehicle was charged with Manufacture or Deliver a Controlled Substance PG1 >= 200 grams < 400 grams as well as Theft of a Firearm. The driver of the vehicle is being held at the Van Zandt County Detention Center on $50,000.00 Bond.
